Lily, Amelia

Lily and Amelia are a closely bonded pair. They never go more than a few feet away from one another. Lily came to us with her mom, Sarah Rose. They were found in a field covered in burrs. After her mom passed at 51 years old, Lily bonded with Amelia. Amelia is the smallest donkey at the sanctuary and looks identical to her mom, Rosie. Lily watches over her and is very protective.
