Poppy

Poppy is a very sweet, old girl who came from a very loving home. Her previous owner volunteers at the sanctuary and sees her every week. We pair up our more vulnerable or older donkeys with Poppy because of her calm and relaxed disposition, but bring ear plugs when you come into the barn! As soon as she catches wind that it's feeding time, she brays with everything she's got.
